Take a flat bread shell but it on the grill for 7 seconds each side cover with a 4 finger pinch of three cheese steam one full time take a level scoop of grilled chicken or your choice of meat (grilled chicken is the best in my opinion) lay the choice of meat in a line and add one line of creamy jalapeño. wrap like a small burrito allowing the cheese to seal it together so it doesn't come apart. Put in the chalupa rack with the empanada sides. Allowing it to sit perfectly inside. Fry for one Mexican pizza button. Serve with a side of sour creams or nacho cheese. Both are heavenly
