Please bring back the Enchirito!! It was the best thing on the menu ever...
I'd like to offer suggestions for overcoming whatever reason it was stricken from our lives -
Time-consuming preparation - limit them to in-dining or counter to-go only, avoids backups in the drive through
Cost of additional ingredient - charge more!! I will gladly pay... or,
USE of additional ingredient - add more menu items that require the enchiladas sauce!! Chimichangas. "Blazing Nachos". Multi-flavored/meats enchiritos (beef, bean only, chicken, etc).
Cost of packaging - see first suggestion, in-dining or to-go "at your own risk" and serve in a cardboard container, also see second solution - charge more!!
I can't imagine that it had lowest sales...relaunch it and give it a try!!
