Real Queso!

Just had this new Quesalupa and was not very excited. The cheese, though maybe because it wasn't heated long enough perhaps, was no where near gooey or flavorful. When I hear Queso I think ooey-gooey-flavorful and that would be Amazing instead of whatever you're putting in there right now! Real Queso, fill up that tortilla pocket and serve as a chalupa.
