Smotherd Enchiladas

First, Take a 12 inch tortilla. Then do one serving of cheddar cheese on to the tortilla. Then put a choice of beef, chicken, or steak and put it on the cheese. Roll the tortilla into a Enchilada without folding the ends. Grill the Enchilada for 17 Seconds. Put Enchilada into a bowl. Then cover the Enchilada with Red Sauce, one serving of 3-cheese blend. Finally, put on some sour cream.
