No More Soggy Taco Shells

Offer the option to order crunchy tacos (and taco salad, etc.) "deconstructed", where the shell, hot ingredients, and cold ingredients are packaged separately, and the customer can assemble them at home. This will prevent the crunchy shells from becoming soggy when ordered to go.
