Tostada quesadilla - 2 corn tortillas with tostado shell. First; you add a warmed corn tortilla with melted Monterey cheese and then; tostado shell Add beans and cheddar cheese and put on top of tortilla. (Options ex- Shredded lettuce and tomatoes. Last add another tortilla with Monterey cheese On top of tostado shell and close . Now you can pick Up like a burrito or sandwich without it breaking or cracking and falling apart..
