PLEASE! Better How-to Docs For Stor.e Wireless Adapter

There's widespread poor documentation in the computer world. Few makers try out their docs on "guinea-pig users" - but few 'wise-guys' can write usable docs without this.

Stor.e Wireless Adapter/iPad: I cannot upload to USB anything but 'Local content' - unedited downloads (possibly with changed name). Cannot upload user-edited docs. I tried Pages, "Open in Other Apps" >> Wireless Adapter" but your app doesn't seem to react. This can't be hardware/software limitations? Toshiba wouldn't do that to us? Must be docs?? (Your support doesn't speak to me).... ( [email protected] )
