Ease Of Entry/exit For Aging Population-Baby Boomer Generation

I really do like the Prius Four Touring (2017), but the step up height just does not facilitate ease of entry and exit for me- a tall person in the first wave of the Baby Boomer generation. Perhaps there is a way that an additional option (or maybe a Prius "Four point two five" (!) could be designed that would give the car a bit of additional height--my XC90 will not last forever and I'd love to move forward to the Prius efficiency (and comfort once inside-my son has one and the inside is great if you can get there!) Thank you for considering my needs.
