Hearing Impaired Modifications

For people who are hearing impaired but still driving, using hearing aids etc.
- dont heart the alarms such as lights remain on, wipers
- lights get left on and battery drains causing people to be stranded
- other alarms are problematic that only rely on hearing
- often the impairment is not related to being "deaf", but range of sounds
- seniors and disabled people are a large population with these needs
