Horizontal Parking Assist For Car

The major problem of parking is that the car cannot move horizontally, which tests the driver's patience . My idea is to position a wheel horizontally(---) so the car can move left and right

In cities like NY parking time plays a major role in travel duration . As said the horizontal wheel can be fixed and retracted during normal travel similar to a aircraft landing gear. Also the here the landing should be able to lift the car for 5cm from the ground as the normal wheels will be in air and horizontal wheel helps in parking.
