According to the Iranian national news media; only in Iran, in 2017, the daily fuel consumption is between 80 & 88 million liters in high consumption months. It should be noted that in the course of the research every 27,000-liter fuel tanker has gasoline capacity from the time of loading in a Refinery until it is brought to the petrol for consumption, while the amount of evaporation is 300 liters for each Tanker.
During the research, it can be said that the number of loading operations by the tankers in the Refinery until it reaches to the consumer and discharged at the gas station, in just one year is 1,189,629; so the final calculation is 356,888,700-liter gasoline evaporation in one year. These numbers and events for the nation & capital of any consuming country is a catastrophe.
Now it is announced that the evaporation of gasoline in this form and with these numbers and figures to the Iranian currency with the rate of 1 liter of 22000 Rials is equal to 7,851,551,400,000 Rials (221,228,065 USD).
Meanwhile, for the production and installation of Mega filters at a gas station costs about $8,000 and the material contained in the filter (depending on the consumption of the gas station) is about $1,000. So each gas station saves $18,250 in a year in which is suffering from the loss of gasoline evaporation.
