Prevent Drunk Driving

All toyota cars should incorporate an alcohol breath analyzer that would prevent starting the engine.
The driver before starting the car can blow into the mouthpiece (ergonomically placed near the Drivers side) and iif the alcohol % is below the permissible limit, the car driving wheel would unlock and allow the driver to drive off.
A override could could be opted but with the sign off by the owner of the car.
