Recieve Notification When Ambulance Or Police Car Gets Close

There have been many times that I don't hear the ambulance or the police alarm due to loud music or simply not paying attention. It would be great if, in case of an emergency, city cars would turn on their GPS and all the cars with a navigator that are in the radar get a notification with the location and direction of the police. In that case, the cars will move over faster and a path will be already open for the police and etc.
