Re-program Steering Wheel Buttons

I have a new previous prime.
I love it.
There are a few things that I wish were different.
One - I would like to have a one button 'Display off' Option. In other words, the beautiful big display that showsThe phone,Navigation, climate, Etc....It would be nice if there were one buttonTo turn off that display. instead of having to do the three button jig that I do now.
Two- I don't use the heated steering wheel button on the steering wheel, Nor the Change radar distance button on the steering wheel. It would be nice if buttons like these could be re-programmable to another function. Is that possible? Do people really want to turn on and off the steering wheel heater with enough frequencyTo necessitateHaving a button on their steering wheel?
