Saving Lives

Is there any way possible to get the car companies involved in putting in a weighted alarm system that goes off when doors are shut and the key out of the ignition so parents are caregivers don't keep leaving children in the car to die every summer this happens to pets as well. I don't want anything for the idea I just want to save lives and everyone to push this idea with me and just maybe pass a law to have this done in every vehicle in the world. Please help you are their voice. Thanks concerned parent.
