Weight Sensors In The Back Seats

I came here just to put this idea forth, but see that variations have already been suggested. What I suggest though, instead of making new gadgets, is to use the same type we already have for the front seats, to remind people to put on their seatbelts. Instead of going off because there is weight in the seat and the seatbelt isn't fastened, it would go off when the car was turned off and there was weight registered in the back seat.
Could make it a different tone, because people tend to "tune out" the normal beeping noise. Maybe even make a voice reminding us to "check backseat for children or pets"
