Whichout Electricity, Petrol (or)diesel Engine Will Run

I have an idea.now a days petrol and diesel are more expensive so with out that we can use electrolysis process.that process will releses gas that gas act like petrol and diseal and the formula is water+oxy hydrogen=gas buy this the engine will run more fast if you want more details contact me.
