Hey, TrendMicro, I have a great NEW idea! Have real technical support via chat! I have a downloaded a trial version of Trend Micro Maximum Security and it does NOT work right and even found the Trend Micro Installer as a "Dangerous Threat!" I have tried multiple times to get help via chat but even the chat does not work! I called and waited forever on hold, and that person gave me two links supposedly directly to chat. Guess what? They did not work either!
No more Trend Micro ever! If you want to win over customers, try making the trial versions actually work and offer real tech support instead of bogus links to nothing!
