TripAdvisor Product Improvement Idea

Our not for profit museum is a member. Your company sends me as the manager email alerts when someone has posted about us. These helpful emails has a link that says "Respond to review." When I click on it, these emails become useless because instead of taking me to the place to comment or thank or answer the review, up pops a box asking for me email and password. Life is too busy for me to get to my list of passwords and whether I have used my own email or my work email. I get frustrated every time and don't bother. If you are sending me as the manager the alert, for goodness sake, let me click through, read it, and respond if needed.
