Twitter Customer Service Improvement Idea

Simple: have a way for customers to send an email with a specific question that is not addressed thru any of your links, or, even better, have a customer support telephone number...........Your customer service does not meet this customer's needs.

Here is my need: There is an unused twitter handle that we would like to assume. It has not been used for well over a year, and we've gotten no response through direct tweeting or contacting them my mail.

Your policies state that you will remove a handle after X months of non-use. This is what we want. Contact me at [email protected] or @karpresources
