As the 21st century approaches it's second decade,we must embrace a new way of living and a new way of thinking.The ghettoe has become obsolete to the United States of America as well as the World.The projects create an environment and mentality that is contradictory to the American Dream.All American citizens should have a fair shot at the American dream.Starting with the Los Angeles,California metro area and then moving beyond.We would use money to transfer project residents to housing and demolish the project buildings-money would not be lost but gained-project buildings to shopping areas and residents provided new areas of living and monitoring.And job training programs-create trades for certain neighborhoods like the ancient days I.e. Imperial Courts would have construction job training, Jordan Downs Projects residents transferred metro bus driving job training,Nickerson Gardens transferees computer technician job training. ECT. ECT.
