Many unerpriviliged and impoverished individuals have never experienced an airplane ride in their life-the State can provide $1,000 for every welfare and ssi or government assistance assisted recipients paid to Delta,American Airlines,Spirit or Jet Blue airlines-especially the one who donate to charities- to take a flight somewhere in the country every year.
