Cancel Ride And Not Allow Driver To Pick Up The Request Again

If I cancel a ride because of the car/driver, I want the option to stop that person from continuing to pick up the ride request. I live in NYC and use the child car seat option frequently. When traveling with luggage, I want a car seat, but also need an SUV, there is currently no option to select both, and I have frequently had the issue of someone with a sedan picking up my ride request, me cancelling and re-ordering and them repeatedly still picking up the ride request.
