Dynamic Customer Booking Number

Problem:
With the current Uber system, i find an issue of drivers starting the ride without customer mounting the cab and by the time we(customer) or driver (if was not a deliberate attempt :)) realize that the ride has already been started and cancel this, equivalent amount of money gets deducted from customer's wallet (if mode of payment is PAYTM ). This is a bit annoying because customer is being charged for something he did not avail. We have the process of claiming this back in the app itself but can we make this more fool proof ??

Solution:
I would like to suggest the generation of a dynamic Customer Booking Number (CBN) once a driver is tagged to a customer. Half the digits of which will be shared with the customer and half with the driver. The ride will be started, only when the customer mounts the cab and shares his half of this key with the driver, entering which, the ride will get started...

This is an addition that will improve the product and also increase customer satisfaction by raising the points of reliability on Uber.
