Lower Uber Cost With Advertisement Based On Location

Uber able to expand the capabilities in their application especially in Uber mobile application in the (IOS or Android) to generate more revenue and new value to the customer by more lowering taxi cost.
Currently Uber able to capture the route from customer input when ordering taxi because they need to input "from" and "to" location. From this route information you can compare to your "advertisement database" that already have location (perhaps in longitude) for your specific "advertisement customer" and then display it in the customer phone via Uber mobile application when taxi customer reaching specific destination that Uber already set up (like 1 km from the "advertisement customer") and giving information to the customer like any clearance product, big discount, sale and etc. From customer point of view they are able get discount from their ride when clicking the information from the advertisement, logically you will get revenue from this "advertisement customer" let say per click or per view....
For example:
I am travelling from my home to the office and it will cost around USD 10, on the way to my office there is a Wallmart store, once I approaching this Wallmart store, I notified by Uber application that this store is giving a huge discount, and then when I click the advertisement my ride cost will less USD 0.5 because I interested with the advertisement, I might be visit this store because I actually need something that I can not thinking of.

You are able to extend to the driver as well, to making it more interesting, such as USD 0.25 to customer, and USD 0.25 to the driver for example.

From above idea Uber will get:
1. More revenue to Uber
2. Low cost ride to the customer
3. More income to the driver that makes your company become the preference company to become a partner
4. You will be have new business model

Form "advertisement customer" point of view they will able to get more targeting segment because it is more detail from only social economic and status when they doing advertising of the product, or in summary they will get more customer by advertising a correct segment and target rather than only blasting information in newspaper, magazine with higher cost.

From the taxi customer (rider) of course I will prefer Uber because it provide lower cost to me.

From your partner (taxi driver) more driver to sign up because they will get more income from this advertisement location base.

This think can be happened because most of the rider behavior is using phone to browsing while riding Uber.

Hopefully this will help you to making more people smile, especially me which use Uber services often.
