Pre-schedule Uber

This is idea is too schedule a uber pick up at a later time. For example, I have been having this problem where I work at 9am lets say and I check the uber application and there are many ubers available. It takes approximately 10 min to get to my work. Therefore, I usually plan on calling an uber at 8:40. By the time approaches, I go and check the uber application at 8:40 and there are no uber drivers available. Concluding this new idea, we should be able to schedule a pick up time later in the day, and let know uber drivers that their are people in need of picking up. If they can see this in their application, they are most likely to turn on and start driving!
