Uber Customer Service Improvement Idea

While cancelling the trip their should be comment box we can mention the exact reason why the customer is cancelling the trip in some cases driver says that trip has already cancelled by in our screen it shows still 1 min to pick up but driver will not come to pick up when we cancel application will charge Rs.60/- the pick should be done in given time if not application should reject the trip and ask for the comments why the pick was delay etc..
