Rewards Program!
Uber Customer Service Improvement Idea

Uber desperately needs a rewards program. I am a driver in a college town and a lot of students use it every day to get back and forth to class or work. A passenger of mine suggested something as little as $5 in reward rides after spending $100 on Uber rides. Something along those lines would show good faith to the customer and make them want to use our service that much more.
