Safe Pull Over

Add a feature to your app that allows the rider to add a dollar or check a checkbox to add a dollar to the fare to give to the driver so that they take an extra minute and find an out-of-the-way place to pull-over, instead of blocking up traffic, or an intersection, even if it means the rider needs to walk a block to get to their destination (the rider is okay with this and consents with their dollar).
