Uber should have a voice activated app (or recorded voice) that recognizes the users voice for both Uber drivers and Uber riders. This will keep them from touching their phones for (requests/responses) anytime they're on the road doing pick ups and drop offs. Officers are seeing Uber drivers touching their phones while driving in which is (unlawful and may cause an accident or quick distraction. Activated voice commands will enable and open greater benefits and will act as a hands free app during any driving, disabilities, and quicker verbal responses to provide a better service overall. The idea is to enable them to verbally request services other than any physical command.
