Uber Bikes

So I know people getting bike rides at events is a thing already BUT a lot of people have to wait to find a bike first or just deal with the walk BUT what IF we had uber bikes people as uber riders that's people can get online before they get to events or even a man or woman wanting to get a bike ride back to a hotel like Vegas for example can you i.agine not having to pay for.a tax down the strip.
