Uber India : Chat Box Inclusion

I am from north india and working in south india. Languages i know is HIndi and English which are sometimes unknown by the uber driver here . This makes the navigation directions ( from where to pick me up) becomes very difficult.

Chat box can be included where in if i have selected english i can type in english and it should get translated to the language which driver has selected ( example : kannada) and then if and when he replies ( in kannada) i should be able to see that in english.
Here if the driver or passenger doesnt know how to read then there ahould be mic where they can speak and listen in the respected languages they have chosen.
