Uber Pool Etiquette

Before choosing uberpool, should sign/check off a box that says you understand proper etiquette per "The Etiquette Guide". A couple times I have shared a ride with a male (I am a female) who has nasty smelling food (I.e McDonald's) & on the phone the whole trip. I don't feel comfortable saying something during my rides but it would be a cool, safe thing if we could send them an after trip "hey your fellow passenger thinks you could improve others' experience if you read over this guide". Maybe it wouldn't change anything. But it seems like a lot of people (in NYV at least) forget how it might feel being on the other side of the car ride.
