I have been in the automotive business for over 35 years, tow trucks and towing companies are usualy difficult to deal with and hungry to pick up your vehicle.
if your broke down or you were involved in an accident, tow trucks either dont show up or sworm you all at once just like Taxi cabs used to do.
Set up the system as UBER has for rides, UBER a tow truck that could be in the area or leaving an area. this could reduce costs for the consumer. if a tow truck has dropped off a tow that was far away he does not have to return back empty with with no tow, they might have been a need to have vehicle brought back in his direction, savings on both ends and more organized.
