the game takes place in world war one Jerusalem/the entire country of Palestine (now where Israel is) in the ottoman empire. the protagonist as an american assassin sent from the american brotherhood to aid the situation (serving as a neutral side) the he meets the master assassins of the local brotherhood each representing a side in the conflict ( a Turkish one, a Brit, an Arab, and a Jew) and the idea is that one side looses something very deeply and as a result they leave the assassins and create a sorts of gang or join the templars. on the way the protagonist will meet historical figures like: general Alenby, Lawrence of Arabia, Sarah Aaronson (A leader of a Jewish intelligence agency working with the british), and more.
