The Division 2 Exotics

I would like to find blueprints and parts for all exotic weapons and not have to do a raid just to get an assault rifle cuz not everyone wants to do raids it would be fun to do missions to get parts and blueprints or add new hunters with the exotics that you want and maybe add something like an underground like in the division 1 and all the named enemies in the open world should should drop all exotic weapons as well
