The Division Radio Reinforcements

In the division once you finish fully upgrading your wings supplies is then useless, so I thought it would be cool to make a gaget that would radio in jtf support and it would have mods which can call in the type of weapon they use when they arrive like m9, m4, shotgun exc. the only thing is this device should be unable to be used in the dark zone and only be able to call in 3-5 JTF(maybe upgrade from 3 to 5?) also only one person in a group can use it at a time until either they all die (JTF) or until they are far away. I know JTF don't do much damage but they do do some and would be good for distracting hostile when going solo. Please consider something like this Ubisoft.
