The Rogue agents should start working with the rikers and the rikers who have killed many agents should gear up and be hard to fight, New Incursion idea
After the loss of Laree Barrett the Rikers were confronted by Rogue first wave agents and offered a deal to assault the Division HQ with them, the Rikers can take what they wanted and the Agents took intel
New Rikers in First Wave agent gear and have Furst wave agent guns
Rogue Agents crossing out the Division symbol on arm with an X to show they are a riker and they fight more like a Rusher/Heavy type of enemy
