Marcus gets a regular bow with the arrows all teched out there are 3 types of arrows 1 is a blackout, the blackout arrow you can either shoot it at something and it shuts down untill you turn it on or you shoot it in the sky and it's a improved black out. The second type of arrow is a tracker it could be used for missions where people try to get off the grid but you track them without them knowing it could also jam Communications by shooting it straight up the third arrow you get to choose, it either kills or stuns a person when you shoot it at them it is completely chosen by you and you can change your choices through the game play.
