Rainbow Six (ranking System)

Hi, This may of been submitted in the past as I am a newbie to the game. I am a huge fan of R6S but get so frustrated by the ranking system for personally doing well but being on the loosing team. Its seems impossible to get out of Bronze as a Solo Queuer. Anyway my idea........wouldn't it be better if the top 2 performers on the loosing team didn't loose points and just remained on the same points they had at the start of the match. I feel this could help especially when players drop out mid game leaving the team without a chance. I'm play on PS4 and will experience this 1 in 3 games
