Rainbow Six Siege - New Map Add-on + New Operators

So i came up with the idea of adding night mode on all maps and operators that can help this meta :

Nigth mode added on all maps and all buildings has its own electricity/control panel
Attacker 3speed 1armor : Name-unknown yet. Special abilities first one is to cut the power to the building (because he is a tech guy) and has googles with night vision and thermal comes with grenades and breaching charges
Defender 2speed 2armor : Name-unknown yet. Special abilities
First one is that she can deploy bulletproof lamp-like gadget that when activated can flash the surrounding radius comes with proximity alarm and shield.
If the attacker operator is banned or dead before he cuts the power defenders can turn off the lights on any room (depends on map) so they can turn the tides to their favor.
Night mode can switch every 3 rounds , it adds a nice realism cause attackers or defenders take their time before fighting again.
This idea is not polished or finished but for a professional video game designer can take it to the next level.
