Rework For Tachanka

Tachanka possible buffs:
1. Speed buff. Tachanka is the slowest operator in the game, which does not help his pick rate. One idea is to make him faster similar to Maestro.
2. His gadget. Tachanka's LMG is very bad and useless gadget. One idea is to give him a different gadget, and make his DP-28 much more mobile like Maestro's Atla 5.56 which is an insane weapon. As for a replacement gadget, my idea was to give him explosive mines like three TM-46 AT mines, downsize them, and they stick to the floor and roof. As for secondary weapons, a sawed off version of the MTs-255 revolving shotgun would be useful for demolition and CQB. It was a shotgun used by Soviet Police, and some prototypes are used to this day.
These are my ideas for a possible a Tachanka rework. Personally I use Tachanka quite a bit and love his character, and would hate to see him removed from seige.
