in 2018, following the events of San Francisco, Blume the company that made ctOS begins to lose power, with the company crippled and weakened; Crime starts to rise more and more within the towns of Seattle, Washington.
With Crime rising daily, a new company by the name of TDI (Technology Defenseive Industry) just like Blume has been made to defend crime against hackers, cyber terrorist, and stop crime before it even happens.
Being understandably Suspicious of the new company, A new team of Hackers hacked into the system and found some rather dark secrets within the shadows of TDI
Now aware of what this new company has done, Alex Snow begins to clean up the mess the Company TDI has made to not stop crime...But to control it.
