Zombie Survival Idea

I have a videogame idea that has always been stuck in my head for years an I'm now 19 years old. I would love to make this idea real, I'm hoping you can help me. I have the idea for a game that is a mix between zombies and the sims. I want to be able to play a game that will let me build my house in an overview and then start the survival game of incoming zombies and fend them off in the custom House. I believe this start of an idea would be a great seller to anyone and I'd personally love to play it however it comes out. Thank you.
