1)Under Armour has to make sneakers, which look like Nike Jordans and Lebrons, most of the UA shoes are flat.
2)UA has to collaborate with other fashion company and manufacture clothes and shoes.This will increase the customers.

Adidas X Bape
Adidas X Marvel
Adidas X Dragon ballz
3)Manufacture shoes (not running/sports shoes but casual) with the name of the people who endorse Under Armour brand.
Ex: Nike Jordan
Nike Lebron
Adidas Pharell williams
Adidas Stan Smith
Adidas Big Sean
4)There are no much UA flip flops,many people prefer flip flops over slides.
5)UA is not promoting their products in an efficient way.Most of their shoes are not getting recognized.Ineffective promotion is making UA lag behind.
6)UA has to select common people for brand endorsement.As celebrities and athletes are isolated from the common people, most of the people will not get to know the trending UA products, but if a common person endorse UA, he will be amidst the people, travels from one place to another, many people will recognize it.He will influence the people to buy it.
If celebrities endorse the brand people think that the celebrities are rich and they use expensive products. If a common man endorse it people feel UA products are affordable.You don't need to pay huge money for a common man.
6)Never go for vinyl UA logo on T-Shirt or Jacket, instead of that make stitched logo.
7)Come up with hydro dipped colour variant shoes.
8)Under Armour can make money if the company manufactures products less than 3000 Indian rupees (39.9$).This is what Puma is doing,they produce products at low prices, thats why they have huge market in India than Nike and Adidas.

I love under armor products especially the the basketball sneakers and sports gear in general. There is always a struggle in purchasing items overseas, one of the marketing strategies is opening local outlet especially in African countries, clients would be comfortable walking in a shop unlike online too much inspirations
