Excessive Packaging

Verizon Wireless Customer Service Improvement Idea

I just received my new Verizon Visa card and was disappointed in all the packaging. There was 5 layers of packaging that could have been accomplished in one like other Visa card I have received. It also came via Fedex when USPS would have done just fine. Think of the money that could be saved. Thanks for listening. Steve Kinkaid
