I like my wife were military and we have seen people freeze when they should have reacted. My idea is for a phone to recognize anyones voice saying call 911 so in that moment when someone is shot or injured that that one person who is keeping their wits about them and says that one key phrase isn't waiting for someone to do so after that initial moment of shock wears off. Instead 2 or even 20 phones are making that call
