Spam Call Blocking System

What I notice is that most of the spam calls coming to my mobile device are from disconnected numbers. As a mobile service provider and access to technology like caller ID, that it could easily be detectable when a disconnected number is trying to contact me. I'm fairly confident with the right investment this solution could shut down spammers. Thing is, I don't think any carrier wants to pay for the costs to stand up or support such a system. Sad reality when the days of big data are real. Fix it Verizon!
