Without a doubt Vw is a popular brand in South Africa and with that beating said theft of the vehicle ms also increases due to demand of both vehicles and parts .
Now wouldn't it be lovely to park your car knowing very well that should someone enter with mout your permission for any reason they won't find pedals to drive the car ?
Just like keys are unique on different cars pedals can be linked to key coding to sensor that the vehicle has been opened and ignition has been utilized the proper way and respond by releasing the pedals or pedal as of such ??
This could reduce car theft by a certain percentage
The dream is that one's vehicle should be able to detect unusual driving behaviour such or key start and request owner verification through either a security question unique to the owner prior to releasing some peripherals that are necessary to propel a vehicle ( such as pedals )
