Wendy's Product Improvement Idea

Today consumers are really not too happy with quality in general with fast food. With prices going up..it is really important for the consumer to feel good about where they spend their hard earned money. I was Wendy's as a General/Training Manager for 20 years and took pride in the food I served my customers. I wanted my store to be clean, employees friendly and food FRESH AND HOT! I love Wendy's food and I think it is high quality. So that is why I decided to choose Wendy's to incite my ideas.
Idea of doing a " BACK TO BASICS " CAMPAIGN FOCUSING ON HOT, FRESH AND FAST. Let the customer know what Wendys was founded on. Dave always said that the reason the burgers were square is because we don't cut corners!
In each Franchise I feel there needs to be a Back to Basics Trainer as well. I know from experience that managers of all levels as well as key employees need to be trained and retrained consistently on ALL aspects of operations.
